The balance of the remaining 70% is required 10 days before arrival at the property.
Cancellations:
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival: 30% deposit loss.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival: 70% deposit loss.
Cancellation after 3 days of arrival: 100% deposit loss.
